We talk about tāngata whai ora (people seeking wellness plural) or tangata whai ora instead of using the word ‘client’, we may also use the term ‘resident’ or simply ‘people’. We use the term whānau to denote family connections that may or may not be blood related.
We are dependent on charitable donations and funding for the continuation of our programme.
