Accommodation for up to 20 adults.

Transition rental house for up to 6 graduates.

St Marks has accommodation for up to 17 adults in single occupancy rooms. There is a women's only 4 bed house, we recognise the need of some wāhine for their own space.

Facilities include a kitchen, dining area, lounge, recreation area, hobbies and fully IT equipped group/function room.

St Marks take pride in its garden areas providing recreation and outdoor living facilities for all to enjoy.

We have recently added a rental property to our portfolio, te rito arahi, a transition house for up to 6 graduates, with a six month tenancy whilst they look to establish themselves back into the community.

St Marks is only 10 minutes walk to the centre of Blenheim.
